Lahore Development Authority established WASA in 1976. WASA stands for Water And Sanitation Agency. It works all over Punjab. Major cities like Lahore, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, and Gujranwala come under its restriction. Its function is to supply water and maintain the water supply infrastructure in all areas under its jurisdiction. Moreover, it also collects the bill from the consumers and installs new water connections at their places. WASA recently introduced WASA online bill system in its services that have improved its efficiency to a greater extend. WASA provided the facility to get the WASA Duplicate Bill online.
